Rhonda is a U.S.-based independent evaluation consultant with over twenty years’ experience in the fields of public policy and evaluation. She works with philanthropies and their partners to support their change efforts related to environment, health, human rights and other issues. Her passion and priority is helping social change agents ensure that advocacy and service programs benefit from current innovations in the evaluation field.
Her current projects include evaluating a strategy to support advocacy capacity among civil society actors in Sub-Saharan Africa, supporting advocacy measurement, evaluation and learning among US-based advocacy organizations, and providing monitoring, evaluation and learning support to three foundations and grantmaking organizations.
